To join our team, you should be excited to
Own the entire UGV production process from pre-series builds to serial manufacturing
Establish and scale assembly lines for modular, multi-variant vehicle builds
Oversee supply chain execution in close coordination with key suppliers and hardware leads
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and program leads to translate designs into buildable, repeatable systems
Define and implement quality assurance measures and documentation standards
Ensure field-readiness through production testing, diagnostics, and system validation
Manage production KPIs – cost, yield, throughput – and drive continuous improvement
Lead ramp-up efforts to support growing demand (to 1000s UGVs/year)
Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and export regulations

Your Profile
Background in production engineering, mechanical engineering, or operations
5+ years of experience in industrial production, preferably in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or defense
Proven experience in serial or small-batch manufacturing
Fluency in production planning, work instructions, and MES tools
Hands-on, process-driven, and unafraid to get into the details
Strong leadership, structured execution, and hands-on mentality
Full professional proficiency (C2) in German and English
