Job Description
Drive Group-wide Pricing Transformation:
Shape the journey towards a unified, scalable, and future-proof pricing framework across the entire group.
Implement the New Pricing Software:
Plan, execute, and manage the group-wide rollout of the modern pricing solution to harmonize and enhance pricing performance.
Optimize Existing Pricing Structures:
Analyze and align current pricing models in line with the new unified framework.
Collaborate Cross-functionally:
Work closely with Sales, Webshop, IT, and Data teams to ensure a successful transformation.
Monitor Transformation Progress:
Develop meaningful KPIs to track progress and measure the effectiveness of the transformation.
Manage Change:
Support the adoption of new pricing processes and tools, fostering acceptance within pricing teams and the wider business.
Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies
and their application in complex business environments.
Strong problem-solving skills
with the ability to make rational, fact-based decisions grounded in logical reasoning.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing
, ideally combining management consulting and hands-on work in a B2B company — preferably in wholesale or a similarly complex setting.
Excellent communication skills
, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with pricing tools and systems
is a strong advantage.
Fluent command of English
, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
