TASKS WITH IMPACT
Support the development of visual merchandising concepts for omnichannel activations
Translate the global brand strategy into POS storytelling – including agency briefings and the creation of engaging visual merchandising concepts
Contribute to the optimization of VM guidelines and planograms
Ensure consistent implementation of VM standards across markets
Support the management of POS furniture, displays, and activation elements
Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Retail, and Store Format & Design teams
Coordinate suppliers and producers for POS materials (fast, sustainable, cost-efficient)
Analyze market trends and competitor activations
Support the evaluation of activation results and derive key learnings
YOUR SKILLS
Degree or training in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a comparable field
Passion for retail, brand presentation, and aesthetics
Structured working style combined with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Very good command of English and German
