TASKS WITH IMPACT



Make sure HQ strategies, campaigns and channel plans are flawlessly translated into local execution without compromising timing or message Provide the country teams with tools, trainings, templates and assets to empower their local activation Take ownership of the monthly performance review process — from set-up to execution — in close alignment with Controlling, Data Management and Clusters Act as guardian of implementation excellence by collecting best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing and managing feedback and exception requests Organize and moderate the quarterly meetings of Cluster Commercial Brand Managers Oversee compliance with brand guidelines, messaging, KPIs and legal requirements across clusters Continuously improve activation processes through standardization, digitalization and automation Build strong working relationships with Cluster CB managers and foster a culture where everyone feels heard, seen and valued



YOUR SKILLS



More than 4 years of experience in marketing or project management, ideally in retail Previous experience in a central function of an international company is a plus Fluent in English; German skills are a benefit Strong organizational skills, solution-orientation and the ability to communicate clearly A hands-on mindset combined with a strategic view and a structured, proactive way of working Enjoy working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment
