Our requirements:Degree in architecture/; civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Trained technical draughtsman (s)
Building site experience and technical understanding are welcome
Professional application of CAD software (Nemetschek Allplan)
Self-employed, structured, quality-oriented, careful working methods
High operational readiness and flexibility
Self-confident, assertive appearance
Your tasks:Support of project management and project development in all service phases of HOAI
Participation in coordination with the authorities
Planning of new buildings, in particular the preparation of design and approval planning
elaboration of detailed and execution planning
Production of urban planning concepts and visualizations
Requirement, structuring and compilation of documentation
Coordination and enforcement of planning with sales and construction management
