We are looking for a Manager Technical Communication (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete lifecycle of technical documentation for all Britax Römer products (from concept to print/online release) Develop and implement a documentation strategy focused on high-quality, user-centric information products Drive standardization and efficiency through graphic reuse and clear guidelines Create and maintain technical product specifications and vehicle lists, including coordination with external test services Oversee translation processes into multiple languages in collaboration with external suppliers Act as interface between Customer Service and Engineering Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the Technical Communication team Ensure deadlines, budget, and quality targets are met A key leadership role with the opportunity to shape our documentation strategy and lead a motivated team in an international environment.

Your Profile:

University degree in Technical Communication, Media/Communication Management, or comparable qualification Several years of experience in technical documentation and staff management Excellent German and English skills (other languages are an advantage) Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management Systems; knowledge of web and printing standards Creative skills in visual communication (photos, drawings, diagrams, animations) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured work style Communicative, team-oriented, resilient, and solution-driven
