Technical Inspector (m/f/d) in Bremerhaven

In this position, you will be responsible for:

The technical supervision of our fleet Planning and coordinating repairs and scheduled dockings Regular vessel visits and preparation of the required inspection reports (when necessary) Preparing technical operating cost budgets Monitoring the validity of vessel certificates and regularly recurring inspections Organizing and supervising external inspections / surveys (Flag State, Classification, etc.) Acting as a contact person for the technical and nautical staff of our fleet and our suppliers Invoice verification and settlement of claims

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of seagoing experience as a technical officer or comparable experience A strong team player A proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven working style Strong communication skills, even in challenging situations Independent, cost-conscious, and responsible working habits Confident use of Microsoft Office applications Fluent English skills (spoken and written) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally without restriction Valid driver’s license (Class B)
