We are looking for a People Generalist who combines solid HR expertise with a hands-on, proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. As a People Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for our core HR processes and ensure a seamless employee experience across our employees' lifecycle

Your Responsibilities

Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics for our Team Prepare employment contracts, addendums, references, and other HR documents Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience for new joiners and leavers Maintain employee records and manage HR data in our system (BambooHR) Manage monthly payroll preparation and collaborate with our external providers Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Organize our local team events and foster a great company culture through your initiatives

Your Qualifications

Enjoy being a point of contact for our employees and creating a great employee experience 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role Solid understanding of employment law and HR processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks Fluent in German and English
