You will work onsite at the customer location, supporting day-to-day IT operations, handling incidents, and ensuring smooth communication with internal IT teams and specialist providers. While the position is primarily onsite, there may be opportunities to support other projects remotely when not fully utilized. However,

Responsibilities
Handle and resolve incidents in passive networks, LAN & WLAN
Provide analysis and troubleshooting as remote hands with our specialists
Create, process, and track tickets in ITSM systems
Communicate with users and coordinate with internal IT teams
Document issues, solutions, and handover to downstream support teams
Escalate cases to specialist teams or providers as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in passive networking / CAT6 cabling
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Ability to work self-reliantly onsite
Lift platform license (cherry picker)
is a plus
Must have own car and laptop
