The opportunity

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued clients. Your dedication to delivering exceptional client support and your proactive approach to problem-solving will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you will be doing

Integrate and train our clients in the use of the tool. This means delivering 2- to 3-hour training sessions (mostly remotely) Provide advice and use your in-depth product knowledge to ensure they get the most out of their subscription. Be the first point of contact for any client questions or concerns. Manage and take care of your clients. At Salonkee, we have one clear goal: to deliver exceptional service. Your role will be to help us consistently exceed our clients’ expectations and trigger genuine “WOW!” moments of satisfaction.

What you need to have

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Experience in an account management role Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset Proficiency in Dutch and English Self starter CRM experience preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
