Office Manager Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading a team of administrative and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
Managing office operations and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Overseeing scheduling, appointments, and calendar management.
Coordinating and assisting with special projects and events.
Providing administrative support to executives and team members as needed.
Office Manager Qualifications & Experience:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
