Key Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining business relations with governmental institutions, banks, and other financial bodies
Coordinating and supporting administrative processes related to finance and HR
Acting as a liaison between external organizations and internal teams
Assisting and guiding an English-speaking manager in day-to-day administrative and operational matters
Preparing, organizing, and managing documents, correspondence, and appointments
Supporting general office operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong understanding of administrative processes in Germany (governmental, financial, or business-related)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
Professional, discreet, and solution-oriented working style
