We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Commercial Employee / Office Management Assistant to support our daily administrative and commercial operations. This role is central to enhancing smooth office processes, professional communication, and structured document and order management, while providing direct assistance to management.
Key Responsibilities
Order processing and administrative support related to sales orders
Preparation, pre-checking, and organization of accounting documents for external accounting/finance partners
Executive assistance to management (administrative coordination, scheduling support, follow-ups)
Document organization, filing, and maintenance of structured records (digital and physical)
Cross-checking and maintaining working-time accounts for all employees
Telephone service and first point of contact for external inquiries
Reception and coordination of visitors
Post Master duties (handling incoming and outgoing mail)
General office administration and coordination to support smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
Complete commercial training, e.g. Office Management Assistant / Commercial Clerk or comparable qualification
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
ERP experience is desirable
Good writing and spoken German and English skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
Collegiate, service-oriented mindset with a high level of discretion and professionalism
