We are hiring a
Network and Fibre Support Technician – L2
to support Apple dispatch operations. The role involvesinstallation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
of network and data center infrastructure across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain
fiber, copper, and power cabling
. Rack and stack hardware; assist with circuit migration. Performlabeling, patching, and asset tagging
. Troubleshoot and replace faulty components (line cards, optics, etc.). Conductfiber cleaning, BER testing, RMA processing
. Support via remote tools and onsite presence.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (preferred).
5 years
data center/network infrastructure experience.3+ years
installation & troubleshooting of network hardware. Knowledge ofDWDM, Nokia, Ciena hardware, ITIL
(preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Part-time
