We are hiring a
Data Centre and Fibre Support Technician
to support dispatch operations. The role involvesinstallation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
of network and data centre infrastructure across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain
fibre, copper, and power cabling
. Rack and stack hardware; assist with circuit migration. Performlabelling, patching, and asset tagging
. Troubleshoot and replace faulty components (line cards, optics, etc.). Conductfibre cleaning, BER testing, RMA processing
. Support via remote tools and onsite presence.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (preferred).
5 years
data center/network infrastructure experience.3+ years
installation & troubleshooting of network hardware. Knowledge ofDWDM, Nokia, Ciena hardware, ITIL
(preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Part-time
