to provide onsite technical support at our client’s location in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting network and desktop-related issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth IT operations within a business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Desktop Support (L1/L2)
Provide onsite technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard applications
Handle software installations, updates, and basic user training
Set up and support user accounts, passwords, and permissions (Active Directory)
Assist with hardware maintenance and peripheral troubleshooting
Provide basic support for video conferencing and meeting room equipment
? Network Support (L1/L2)
Assist in diagnosing and resolving LAN/WAN issues
Support Wi-Fi troubleshooting and basic switch/router operations
Perform cabling checks, port patching, and basic network testing
Escalate complex issues to remote L3/network team as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and basic networking
Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network configurations
Good understanding of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and interact professionally with end-users
Must speak
both English and German at B2 to C1 level
