We are looking for a local sales manager to create new relationships with our customers (starting in Munich, Germany) and to maintain long-term trusting relationships with our partners. The expected role is to actively seek new sales opportunities, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and partners.
What you will do....
Manage both the development of new sales opportunities in Germany market as well as existing lead/sales pipeline
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline and marketing strategies for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets defined in the German market
Maintain customer success and relationships during the contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience
Manage direct sales process, including sales pitch content improvement, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and partners
Manage relationship and motivation of our partners, aligning our short/medium/long term target with our partners
Manage sales process of our partners, including sales training, providing sales materials, leads qualification, and customer support if required.
