About the Role



Astra Biotech GmbH is a manufacturer and exclusive global supplier of its own ELISA and PCR reagents and equipment. Our portfolio includes a broad, affordable ELISA allergy line and PCR kits, including rarer targets (e.g., chlamydia).

We’re hiring a B2B Sales Representative (Germany) to build and scale distributor networks across Eastern Europe/Africa/Latin America. In this role, you will shape pricing strategy and go-to-market routes per country (channels, positioning, partners) and drive revenue growth. You’ll report directly to company leadership and collaborate closely with technical support and operations. Hybrid/remote in Germany.

Responsibilities



Build and expand the distributor network: sourcing, selection, onboarding, enablement, and QBRs Define country-level pricing (price lists, discounts, terms) and routes to market; test, iterate, and optimize Run product presentations (ELISA/PCR) and provide commercial plus basic technical support Lead negotiations, close agreements, and manage key accounts and pipeline Gather market intelligence (competition, demand, barriers) and feed recommendations into portfolio and positioning Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and virtual events; deliver on revenue and margin targets

Qualifications



Proven experience in the IVD (in-vitro diagnostics) market - sales and/or market development required 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics (PCR, ELISA) is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup Fluent English (German or another language is a plus) Based in Germany or EU
