A friend of ours is currently looking to strengthen their IT team. They want to expand the team with individuals who focus on personal and professional development and are eager to support customers with IT support in the areas of Apple, networking, and Microsoft 365.



Your tasks

Support and Configuration:

You will be responsible for the support and configuration of JAMF Pro environments, Unifi networks, as well as MS365 and Google Workspace instances in the Apple environment.

Customer Contact:

You will be in direct contact with customers, understanding their IT requirements, solving problems, and offering tailored solutions.

Project Coordination:

You will coordinate various IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed successfully.

Ticket System:

You will use the ticket system to track, prioritize, and resolve requests, and you are happy to visit customers in person in the Frankfurt region.

You will enjoy this job if

You have completed a technical education and have solid professional experience in IT support

You have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Unifi Networks, and Mobile Device Management

You can communicate technical concepts in a clear manner and work effectively with customers and team members

You have excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written, and enjoy working in a team and organizing yourself independently
