About the Role:

Join our IT team as a working student and gain hands-on experience in IT operations. You’ll support onboarding/offboarding of employees, installations, inventory, and maintenance, following documented processes and collaborating with experienced IT professionals. No prior work experience required—just enthusiasm for IT and confidence working with Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute onboarding/offboarding activities, software/hardware installations, assets management, and maintenance tasks using clear, step-by-step guides

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve IT systems

· Support daily IT operations (troubleshooting, system monitoring)

· Assist with IT project tasks and process automation.

· Document and help improve operational processes

· Provide technical support to users as needed

Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in a German university program (Computer Science, or related)

· Confident working with Microsoft tools (MS365, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

· Eager to learn about IT operations and project management

· Proactive problem solver with a desire to learn and grow.

· Good communication skills in both English and German.

· Allowed to work in Germany and able to work onsite at our office in the city of Ulm

Preferred but Not Required:

· Familiarity with ticketing systems or ITIL concepts (can be learned on the job)

· Interest in process improvement and automation
