KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide
Tier 1–2 IT support
for Air Force personnel and civilian staff
Support ~60 workstations, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Troubleshoot
Microsoft Office
, Windows OS, and government-approved applications
Support
AFNet-connected systems
within approved boundaries
Provide immediate technical support during
education and testing events
Ensure systems are operational during
Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS)
testing
Perform preventative maintenance and system checks
Document incidents and resolutions clearly and professionally
Escalate complex issues through established technical channels when required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE – NO EXCEPTIONS)

7+ years of Tier 1–2 IT support experience
Experience supporting
DoD, Air Force, federal, or regulated environments
Strong Windows workstation and peripheral support experience
Professional, customer-facing communication skills

background investigation

Prior overseas work experience (Europe preferred)
WORK SCHEDULE
Standard Air Force duty hours
On-site support during scheduled education and testing periods
No remote work option

Base salary ranges from
$80,000–$92,000 USD annually
(approximately
€73,000–€85,000 EUR
