ABOUT THE ROLE



CyberStorm Defense™ is seeking a

highly experienced IT Support Specialist

to provide

mission-critical Tier 1–2 IT support

for a U.S. Air Force environment overseas.

This is

not a help desk call-center role

.
This is a

front-line, on-site technical position

supporting Air Force personnel during

education, testing, and promotion activities

where system downtime is not acceptable.

The selected candidate will be the

primary on-site technical authority

supporting approximately 60 Air Force workstations and associated peripherals at a Voluntary Education Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide

Tier 1–2 IT support

for Air Force personnel and civilian staff Support ~60 workstations, printers, scanners, and peripherals Troubleshoot

Microsoft Office

, Windows OS, and government-approved applications Support

AFNet-connected systems

within approved boundaries Provide immediate technical support during

education and testing events

Ensure systems are operational during

Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS)

testing Perform preventative maintenance and system checks Document incidents and resolutions clearly and professionally Escalate complex issues through established technical channels when required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE – NO EXCEPTIONS)



Applicants

meet

of the following:

U.S. Citizenship (required for base access)

7+ years of Tier 1–2 IT support experience

Experience supporting

DoD, Air Force, federal, or regulated environments

Strong Windows workstation and peripheral support experience Professional, customer-facing communication skills Ability to work

on-site overseas

full-time Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must pass

background investigation

and installation access requirements Resume must clearly demonstrate

relevant, hands-on experience

HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



Prior

Air Force base

or overseas installation experience Experience supporting

education, testing, or training systems

Familiarity with

AFNet

or similar government networks CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience Experience working in small, mission-critical IT environments Prior overseas work experience (Europe preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE



Standard Air Force duty hours On-site support during scheduled education and testing periods No remote work option

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS



Competitive salary based on experience Overseas assignment premium Relocation assistance (if applicable) Health insurance and benefits Long-term stability (5-year contract)
Base salary ranges from

$80,000–$92,000 USD annually

(approximately

€73,000–€85,000 EUR

, based on current exchange rates), commensurate with experience.

Compensation is paid in USD. Euro equivalents are provided for reference only and may vary based on exchange rate fluctuations.

Overseas assignment benefits, relocation assistance (if applicable), and full benefits package provided.
