. The successful candidate will provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong communication with end-users. Fluency in

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level desktop support to end-users onsite and remotely
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Support operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights through Active Directory
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Provide technical support for video conferencing and meeting room equipment
Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Collaborate with other IT teams for escalations and project support
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with networking basics, VPN, mobile device support, and printers
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and German (B2 Certified)
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
