Your mission

You are the first point of contact for customers, take calls and tickets and prioritize them independently You are committed to solving underlying problems You forward complex issues to our level 2 experts You ensure that problems are resolved quickly and in a customer-friendly manner You maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and issues in our ticket system You provide excellent customer service and show empathy in supporting customers

Your profile

You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee You speak English and German at C1 level You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization You have a strong service mindset, and customer-centered, independent and solution-oriented work is important to you You work with a hands-on mentality You seek to join a company that values participation and encourages initiative
