We are looking for a professional individual to support our in Halle/Saale

IT Support/ Part Time

The purpose of this position is to provide 1st – 2nd line support to the EU business regarding information technology via the JIRA ticketing system, logging and triaging as standard following ticket lifecycle’s.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Managing 1st & 2nd Line + Escalations / triaging

Microsoft Product Support ie, Office, Windows & Servers.

Software, Hardware Licensing & Asset Management.

IT Project Works

Remote Management Tools

I.T Kit Procurement Liaising with 3rd party vendors

End Point Alert Monitoring

Job Requirements:

· Basic understanding or have experience with the any of the following technologies; Networking, Wireless, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Linux, Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2012 +, MS Office 365, Mac OSX

· Experience of working with ITIL policies and procedures.

· Good communications skills.

· Excellent telephone manner

· Ability to listen and understand customer request and needs

· Ability to write clear concise technical documentation

· A professional, friendly and positive manner

.very good English skills and good German skills
