HOLOGATE is seeking a highly motivated

IT Support

to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of our clients and ensure our business’s smooth and efficient running. The IT Support will work in flexible shifts to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:




Support for hard- and software Troubleshoot system and network problems Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs Work continuously on a task until completion Prioritize and manage open cases at one time Test and evaluate new technology

The ability to think logically A good memory of how software and operating systems work Excellent listening and questioning skills The ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution Problem-solving skills Attention to detail A strong customer focus * German fluent
