You will lead the transition, transformation and operations of IT solutions for HR, such as end-to-end onboarding, end-to-end offboarding, integrations and others. Within this role, you will manage the transition and transformation projects, set up the respective IT operations with outsourcing partners, and manage demands for the solutions. In addition, you will support the IT Business Partner in shaping the IT budget and landscape with the goal to create excellent business value through IT.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Drive transformation projects by strategically advancing key initiatives
Analyze and optimize existing IT processes and systems, set up the operational services and run them as a service owner
Provide consulting and support to HR departments
Develop, implement and maintain innovative IT solutions and architectures. Ensure compliance with IT standards and guidelines
Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully execute projects and be part of an international team
Provider-contract-SLA management for fully outsourced IT services, demand management and requirement engineering
What You Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR IT consulting or a similar role, with strong knowledge in project and IT service management
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities with a high level of initiative and responsibility
Fluency in English and German
Experience in Agile Methodology
