What we expect
TK Elevator is currently driving a comprehensive business transformation program to deliver ambitious growth and efficiency targets. The program is led and coordinated by the Transformation Office.
As an intern or working student (d/f/m) in Global Business Transformation Office, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:
Supporting the team in strategic transformation projects and process improvements
Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects
Working with the Transformation team on analysis to identify value creation opportunities across TKE Group
Supporting the implementation of a consistent Transformation governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress
Working independently in processes for reviewing and reporting progress on the global portfolio of projects
Facilitating best practice transfer across business units
Develop internal tools, models & databases for high impact business decisions
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's or master's student or in a gap year in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
Experience in the field of business development/transformation, strategy, project management, and/or consulting
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Knowledge of financial statements
Independence, responsibility, and good social and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, Power BI, and fluent English (knowledge of German/another foreign language is advantageous)
Quick learner with business acumen
Shows flexibility and a positive attitude when working in a fast-paced environment
Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position or full-time internship for 3-6 months
