What you´ll do
Source relevant problem statements and run E2E startup innovation projects
Scout and identify emerging start-ups in relevant fields
Analyze different technologies and business models and assess their potential impact on Henkel’s business
Manage collaborations with selected start-ups, including communication, coordination and follow-ups
Prepare reports and presentations on startup landscapes and collaborations
Organize and maintain a database of identified start-ups, technologies and business opportunities
Collaborate with members across different teams to evaluate the feasibility and strategic fit of start-up solutions for Henkel

What makes you a good fit
Currently enrolled (master’s) student in the field of science or (computer) engineering
Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
Fluent English language skills
Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, combined with full proficiency in Gen AI toolkits and processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and evaluate different business models, technologies and market trends
A general understanding of the start-up ecosystems and an interest in emerging technologies
Ability to work independently and in a team, contributing to both research tasks and collaborative projects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely in reports and presentations
Availability as of March 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
