What you´ll do

Support in evaluating and shaping new business opportunities -from early-stage ideas to scaling- spanning (digital) services, innovative business models and adjacent solutions Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide insights for ongoing initiatives Contribute to the coordination of cross-unit initiatives, fostering collaboration by aligning joint objectives, synergies, and shared learnings Help create transparency regarding the overall program portfolio and its performance across units, supporting reporting, analysis, and communication Prepare and support meetings, workshops, and presentations with diverse stakeholders, including senior management

What makes you a good fit

Enrollment in a relevant program (business, engineering, innovation, or similar) with a strong academic track record First experience in business development, innovation or strategy Excellent communication skills in English language, German language skills are a plus Strong analytical and research skills, with interest in business model innovation, digital services and sustainability-driven solutions Ability to connect business and technology, with curiosity to explore emerging trends Structured and reliable working style, with the ability to take ownership of defined tasks and work independently Team player with a proactive mindset, eager to collaborate across functions and contribute ideas Availability for a 4-6-month internship in Düsseldorf as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
