What you´ll do

Support several key transformational initiatives with close collaboration with HAT SBUs and functions Contribute to driving the adoption of the Global Adhesives Data & Analytics Platform (MS Azure) supporting execution of change management plan Prepare targeted communication to stakeholders, rollout presentations, training materials, videos and demos with the guidance and support of the team Help build and engage the community of platform users and support user onboarding Support data enablement activities as part of creating a data driven organization

What makes you a good fit

Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business, marketing or data sciences related studies, bachelor’s degree would be a plus First experience in change management highly appreciated Fluent English language skills Good knowledge of MS-Office applications Digital affinity and data and analytics background would be a plus (e.g. MS Azure Platform, PowerBI, Databricks, etc.) Self-motivated, creative, open-minded with hands-on personality and attention to the detail Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
