You'll make an impact by



You support the M&A team in ongoing acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects by assisting with research, data analysis, and document preparation Building on this, you contribute to the transaction process by helping with financial modeling, valuation exercises, and due diligence tasks Additionally, you assist in preparing key presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders To further strengthen the team’s efficiency, you help drive digitalization initiatives within the M&A process and support department-specific topics as required

Education

: You are currently enrolled in at least your fourth semester of a Bachelor’s or a Master’s program in accounting, business, or finance with an excellent academic record and are looking for an internship starting from February 2026

Experience and Skills

: + Ideally, you have gained practical experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or finance-related functions
+ You possess strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
+ You are familiar with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes

Ways of Working

: You are goal-oriented, proactive, a strong team player, and possess excellent communication skills

Languages

: You speak English and German fluently
