ABOUT THE JOB

Support in exciting national and international M&A projects of TUI Group Participation in company valuations and due diligence reviews Conduct of business analyses and market researches Collaboration in the preparation of board presentations and business cases on M&A topics As an intern (m/f/d), you will have an active role in the M&A team and take on responsibility according to your profile There is the option of combining the internship with a subsequent job as a working student (m/f/d)

ABOUT YOU

Studies in business administration / economics, at least in the 3rd semester, preferably with a focus either in finance or controlling Initial practical M&A experience is beneficial Very good knowledge of using Microsoft Office Fluent written and spoken English and good written and spoken German Good analytical skills as well as quick comprehension Enthusiastic personality acting in a structured but also creative way Independent, diligent and reliable way of working Flexibility, resilience and strong team spirit
