About this Position




Be part of an international organization and collaborate closely with colleagues from Shared Service Centers.

What you´ll do



Work on controlling related projects to enhance financial reporting solution landscape and optimize respective processes Support projects during role out and operational phase (after launch) Facilitate ad-hoc controlling and data analysis Contribute to the optimization and improvement of IT project portfolio reporting structures e.g. enhancement of an IT project portfolio management tool, helping to streamline processes Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders throughout the IT Henkel organization and help organize and facilitate workshops Prepare communication materials and training documents to support change management

What makes you a good fit



Student who has successfully passed at least four semesters of business-related studies, ideally business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering First relevant work experience is desirable Fluent in written and spoken English Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, PowerBI is a nice to have Team player with excellent communication and very strong analytical skills Pro-active mindset, out of the box thinking and high degree of performance orientation Starting date as of March 2026, duration 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
