Are you passionate about owning and shaping IT solutions that drive business success? As an IT Product Owner Project & Portfolio Management, you will lead the evolution of Infineon’s Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions - KLUSA and RPP (Roadmap & Pipeline Planner). This role goes beyond traditional product ownership, combining technical expertise, agile leadership, and a focus on seamless system integration to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-performing solutions. You will be the driving force behind the application lifecycle, collaborating with enterprise architects, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions. With a strong DevOps focus and hands-on involvement in system architecture and operations, you will ensure the stability, performance, and evolution of applications while fostering continuous improvement and automation.







In your new role you will:


Own the

End-to-End Application Lifecycle

: Oversee the complete lifecycle of

PPM solutions

, from concept and development to implementation and operation Gather and

Translate Requirements

: Collaborate with

stakeholders and users

meaningful, prioritized product requirements

and a

maintained backlog

Drive

Technical Design and Integration

: Architect and design

scalable, efficient, and secure solutions

Collaborate with

architects and development teams

technical standards, APIs, data flows, and system interfaces

for seamless

PPM system integration

Drive

Agile and DevOps Practices

: Foster a

DevOps culture

within

cross-functional product teams

, ensuring

high-quality delivery

continuous improvement

Oversee

IT Operations

: Collaborate with

external service providers

to ensure the

stable, secure, and reliable operation of applications

, while driving

incremental improvements and automations

Consult and

Enable Stakeholders

: Act as a

trusted advisor

to users and stakeholders on

PPM tools, methodologies, and best practices

, empowering them to

maximize value

: Manage

small to mid-sized IT projects

As an IT Product Owner Project & Portfolio Management, you are dedicated to the success the product team, our IT solutions and the organization. You possess a strong understanding of how innovation and system design supports and drives business value for Infineon. Moreover, you excel at fostering effective collaboration and building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals.




You are best equipped for this task if you have:


A degree in

Business Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering

or in a related field At least

3-5 years of relevant professional experience

in a similar role in corporate IT or IT consulting, ideally involving

product ownership

Requirements Engineering: Proven ability to

gather, align, and prioritize diverse business needs

, translating them into a

well-structured and actionable product backlog

Hands-on experience with

modern web technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns

Familiarity with

DevOps practices and tools

, as well as the

software development lifecycle

First experience with

system integration projects

, including

API design, data exchange, and middleware solutions

Project and Portfolio Management Knowledge: Familiarity with

PPM frameworks, processes, and tools

, including best practices for

planning, tracking, and reporting

Collaboration & Communication Skills: Strong

interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

to work effectively within

cross-functional teams

and align

diverse perspectives

Practical knowledge of

agile methodologies

(e.g., Scrum) and proficiency in using

agile tools

Excellent

English skills
