To support our Events team we are searching for a Intern Global Events (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

General admin tasks to support with behind-the-scenes tasks to bring an event to life, e.g. shipping samples, updating creative decks, and post event gifting management Responsible for post event reporting presentation and internal sharing of event assets Responsible for weekly reports to the management team Sample cupboard and archive management New supplier research and sample testing (where needed) Liaising with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of our event materials and facilitating the storage of them post event Support the shipping and customs teams in the creation of labels and tracking of shipments

WHO YOU ARE

Degree background in Luxury Fashion Management, Events, Marketing or Public Relations Time management and organizational skills Excellent communications skills Attention to detail English fluency Available for 6 months in Munich Willing to work in a fast-paced environment Previous internships or experience working in events is valued
