Position: Intern- Global Sustainability Programs (m/f/x)


Contract Type: 6- 12 month- internship


Join DHL Supply Chain’s Global ESG & GoGreen team and contribute to driving sustainability initiatives across our global organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects, support communications and engagement strategies, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

Assist in planning and technical setup of bi-monthly global GoGreen Community Calls (~100 participants), including best practice identification and speaker support. Contribute to the ESG & GoGreen Communications Plan by creating promotional assets and rolling out content across multiple channels. Prepare and share engaging posts and materials (e.g., GIFs, posters) for internal social media platforms to build awareness and community. Maintain and update internal sustainability collaboration platforms (SharePoint, WordPress) to ensure an intuitive user experience. Lead global World Environment Day initiatives by developing toolkits and engagement activities for site-based activations. Support event preparation for leadership meetings, internal conferences, and management sessions.

What Are We Looking For From You:

Passion for sustainability and interest in gaining global experience in an international setting. Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and creative approach to tasks. Fluency in English and comfort working in a diverse, international environment. Previous practical experience (internship or working student) in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven role. Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills; knowledge of video editing or design tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to a dynamic team.
