Instructional Designer / Video Producer (f/m/x) for inhouse educational video production

In September 2025, we will be moving to the newly built

"New-Work-Campus FLOW" in Hamburg-Eppendorf

. Until then, the workplace for this position will be in Norderstedt.

This position suits all experienced video producers, who feel at home in both the world of developing technical instructional media, as well as hands-on in-house video production/post-production with professional gear and software suites. Solid graphic design skills are also required to swiftly create relevant assets in-house in addition to leveraging library or outsourced assets.

Your responsibilities

Design, develop and

produce digital video training courses

for our products within the instructional design team Work in close

collaboration with our product experts

, evaluating their insights and the learning objectives to formulate engaging and innovative educational videos Be responsible for all your projects -

from concept and story writing phase to shooting and postproduction, up to the final release of all media

Beside video production, support the Global Training Innovation team by creating rapid learning formats using infographics, short animations and interactive H5P elements Exchange your expertise with all your digital training colleagues and constantly improve production and collaboration flows, aligning and working to shared standards Be an ambassador for digital training and educational media solutions to ensure innovation of all our activities

Your profile

Deep expertise in video production and likes getting to grips with cameras, lights and lenses Deep skills in postproduction with Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) Solid experience planning, coordinating/directing in-house media productions and small location shoots Experience in digital training didactics and modern instructional design Skills in technical story writing with an authoritative, engaging voice Knowledge of multilingual localisation requirements and creating media projects that are change compatible Enjoy translating complex content into digital educational formats by following a creative, pragmatic and deadline-oriented approach Skills in communication and enthusiasm to work in a culturally diverse development team Profound knowledge of English, written and spoken Organised, structured, thorough, and independent working style
