INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (F/M/D) - LEARNING
Responsibilities


Design blended learning experiences that incorporate course materials, animations, videos, and interactive digital content. Partner with subject matter experts to define learning goals and enhance instructional effectiveness. Develop storyboards and scripts that translate complex topics into engaging learning narratives. Produce and edit video-based learning assets using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Synthesia. Create visually compelling content using PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Administer and update learning modules within the Cornerstone Learning Management System. Qualifications


Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Media, Communication Design, or a related discipline. Passion for learning and developing innovative learning concepts. Proven project management experience in large international companies. Solid understanding of LMS platforms and user-centered design principles for digital learning. Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for tasks – you identify needs early, drive topics independently, and bring in fresh ideas.
