At XU, we’re reimagining how people learn online. Our content production team combines creativity, technology, and AI to design next-generation learning experiences for global audiences. We’re looking for a

Portuguese-speaking Instructional Designer

with a passion for creating engaging, high-quality learning content - and curiosity for how AI can transform the learning design process. This project will be from January - April 2026.

Your Tasks

Create clear, engaging, and learner-centered content for e-learning modules in Portuguese, using provided source materials and AI tools Transform various source materials (recordings, documentations) on topics around sports industry into learning content tailored for professionals at sports organizations Build and structure content using AI-powered authoring tools. Collaborate with our production team and subject-matter experts and apply feedback to refine storyboards and flow Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, consistency, and efficiency in content creation

Dein Profil

Native or native-level Portuguese language skills Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) Experience in instructional design, learning content writing, or educational storytelling Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or similar Prior experience or strong interest in the sports industry Open and curious mindset with enthusiasm for exploring how AI can enhance learning design Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote team settings
