Als IFRS Expert mit Schwerpunkt Transaction Accounting (d/w/m) \xc3\xbcbernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei Ottobocks Wachstumsstrategie durch Akquisitionen. Sie beraten unsere Kolleg*innen aus der M&A Abteilung in allen Angelegenheiten des Transaktionsbilanzierungsprozesses und unterst\xc3\xbctzen aus einer fundierten IFRS-Perspektive. Ihre Expertise tr\xc3\xa4gt dazu bei, die Bilanzierungsrichtlinien zu optimieren und die Integration neuer Unternehmen nahtlos zu gestalten.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Mitwirkung an rechnungslegungsbezogenen Projekten (Transaction Accounting) mit M&A-Bezug gem\xc3\xa4\xc3\x9f IFRS 3 und Erstellung von Pro-forma-Finanzinformationen\n
- Teilnahme an Accounting Due Diligences zur Identifizierung von Akquisitionsauswirkungen auf die Rechnungslegung\n
- Unterst\xc3\xbctzung bei IFRS-Umwandlungen im Rahmen von Unternehmens-Transaktionen\n
- Beitrag zur Erstellung von IFRS-Konzernabschl\xc3\xbcssen nach Abschluss von Transaktionen\n
- Durchf\xc3\xbchrung der Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) oder Koordination mit externen Gutachtern\n
- Konzernweite Goodwill-Impairment-Analysen und Unterst\xc3\xbctzung bei der Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftspr\xc3\xbcfern
