Job Summary

KCL Gloves team is seeking a

Human Resources Generalist

for our

Eichenzell

location. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to broker HR services and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment. Manage Works Councils relations.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation.

Payroll & Benefits

Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.

Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal policies. Support audits and reporting requirements.

Learning & Development

Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee development.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Experience in managing employee relations, works councils, unions, including investigations and conflict resolution Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a business-related field Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture Knowledge of talent acquisition and organizational design strategies and best practices Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
