You will be responsible for the C&B Agenda and collaborating with stakeholders of one of Europe's key defense industry hubs.

This position is suitable for a junior & medior-level candidate with hands-on HR Operations & C&B experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR Operations following HR Governance standards in the factory Defining, implementing key C&B processes & compliance with Labor law, internal policies, HR Best Practices Providing internal HR Support & acting as a first point of contact for employees related to the C&B Agenda Supervising & processing monthly Payroll closing with the Accounting department Administering Remuneration, Pension schemes (bAV), Social Security for employees Preparing & presenting HR Reports/ HR Dashboards, Analytics to the Leadership team Supporting Human Resources Manager & HRBP with transformation process, participating in HR projects on a group level in line with the company’s latest strategic objectives Acting as a Brand ambassador, promoting company values and collaborating on Employer Branding.
REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Experience

Min. 1 year of experience in the HR field, preferably in C&B/ Payroll processing & Remuneration, Pension schemes (bAV), Social security Experience in HR Operations, preferably within an industrial & manufacturing environment (plant & factory) Familiar with the German Labor Code Strong Analytical thinking German language/ fluent.

Nice to have:

Working experience & regular interaction with Workers Councils & Trade Unions English language/ fluent.
