The HR Services Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between HR Services and IT systems. This role supports the optimization and deployment of HR Services relevant technologies to ensure efficient data maintenance and service delivery. The HR Services Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external vendors to enhance data management routines, resolve issues, and support digital transformation initiatives.


The role is limited to a 2-year contract.

Your Job



Provide day-to-day support for HR services and systems Train HR Services team on new processes and system functionalities and updates Analyse HR Services processes and routines to identify need for upskilling and opportunities for improvement Create and update user guidelines, training materials, process documentation and knowledge base articles Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and vendors Monitor system and interface performance and ensure data integrity Run standardized data lists, audits and mass uploads Participate in HR projects including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations Support audits and other activities ensuring HR Services practices comply with data protection regulations and other statutory requirements Act as a liaison between HR Services and IT departments Support digitalization initiatives within HR Services and other projects as needed

Your Profile



Proficiency in HRIS platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors Basic understanding of databases and data structures Experiences with Service Management tools and platforms Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Service-mindset Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with matrix structures Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field 3–5+ years of experience in HR shared services or HRIS roles Business-fluent English and German skills
