For our headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:





Working Student (m/f/x) Compliance Monitoring & Policies and Procedures - limited to 12 months





The Position:



Become part of our Global Compliance team at the European Headquarters of Daiichi Sankyo to support the development of global monitoring & policies and procedures.





Roles and Responsibilities:


Support the monitoring activities with the supervision of the Compliance Officer Support global team with creating structure, toolkits and documents for global monitoring model Perform technical checks of monitoring plan and its content Support the development of policies and procedures with the supervision of the Compliance Officer for policies and procedures Perform technical checks of policy and procedure content Administer the roll out of policies and procedures throughout Daiichi Sankyo Europe, monitor implementation Be accountable for data collection for metrics Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need



Personal Skills and Professional Experience:


Currently studying for a degree at a university in Germany Excellent attention to detail, you work carefully and precisely Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools and applications Proactivity and open-mindedness for new topics and tasks Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, automation) Experience with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) Written and spoken English skills
