YOUR TASKS:

Invoice Management:

+ Process and release logistics service invoices with attention to detail. + Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies together with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Support the creation of purchase requisitions for logistics services.
+ Review transportation invoices and assist with escalation handling.

Reporting & Analysis:

+ Assist in preparing logistics performance and cost reports. + Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.

YOUR PROFILE:

You are currently enrolled as a student in any field – no specific study background required. We value your skills and motivation. You have a structured and reliable working style, with a strong attention to detail. You’re curious and open to learning and can handle tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You enjoy working independently and as part of a diverse, international team. You have solid English skills. Knowledge of German or Hindi is a plus. You’re confident using digital tools and keen to grow your IT skills. A quick learner with a proactive mindset, ideally with some exposure to Office 365, SAP, or ServiceNow.
