As

HR Operations (m/f/d)

you are directly reporting to the Management level and will be an essential part of our journey, with plenty of opportunities for your own personal and professional growth.



Your Responsibilities





Supporting the HR Management team in administrative, operational HR and organizational tasks Recruitment support and onboarding new employees Supporting and monitoring all important personnel-related topics Ensure compliance of labor law and HR policies, compliance topics and data protection Document management and data maintenance in all listed topics Communication and correspondence with internal team members and external applicants / team members Taking on special projects as needed

Your Profile



Completed degree in business, HR management, personnel and organisational psychology or a comparable qualification 3-5y+ professional experience in a similar role ideally in medium-sized companies or corporate groups Experience in managing employee databases and HR software Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), having worked with Personio is an advantage Strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative, problem solving and decision making Confident demeanour, discretion, and reliability, empathy and conflict resolution skills Team spirit and strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and applicants Teamwork and collaboration with other departments Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
