Job Description

We are looking for an HR Data Analytics Expert | HR Controller (x|f|m) for the HR Analytics team at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the further development, implementation, and execution of Global HR Analytics product landscape and processes. The team consists of 5 professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available in full-time and requires to be on-site with the possibility to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities

You will further develop the HR Analytics product landscape and deliver impactful regular and ad-hoc HR data analyses You will take ownership of HR data delivery for the Annual Report, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting for pre-audit and audit phases in line with the new CSRD standard You will gather, clean, and integrate HR data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and completeness You will dive deep into data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to workforce dynamics You will build predictive models to anticipate employee behavior and forecast organizational outcomes You will translate data insights into strategic recommendations that strengthen HR strategies and decision-making You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data collected and analyzed through rigorous data quality assurance practices You will contribute to HR Analytics projects, including the HR Data Warehouse, by defining data requirements, creating, and testing data sets according to the project plan

Successfully completed your studies in Business Administration with focus on Finance & Controlling or HR or similar experience Several years of work experience, ideally with a focus on HR Analytics or Controlling Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge, ideally combined with advanced experience with HR management systems (e.g. Workday) and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau) Excellent Excel reporting skills and experience rounds off your profile A highly customer-oriented approach, a structured way of working as well as analytical and communicative skills round off your profile Excellent English skills, German language skills are desirable but not essential Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
