HR Expert Compensation & Benefits (x|f|m) - Hybrid


For the Compensation & Benefits department we are looking for an HR Expert Compensation & Benefits (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. The position is to be filled full-time and it is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen and the rest of the time remotely from home. In this role, you will drive the design, development and implementation of global programs and initiatives to support our strategic direction and shape the future together with us.

Responsibilities

Advise our international HR business partners professionally on global compensation and benefits topics Conduct compensation benchmarks and derive recommendations for action for international stakeholders Actively shape the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive Develop and define competitive compensation and benefits processes and policies in accordance with our corporate philosophy Implement compensation systems and conduct high-quality compensation analysis Manage our annual salary adjustment and bonus processes and prepare the necessary documents as well as target group-oriented communication Take on responsibility in global (sub-)projects

What

will

convince

us

You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, economics or a comparable field You have relevant professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits or as an HR business partner, preferably in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotech or consulting sectors It is a plus if you are familiar with the tariff system in Germany, especially in the metal and chemical industries You are very experienced in dealing with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, ideally you have already worked with the HR Suite Workday You are customer- and solution-oriented and have very good communication skills You work independently paired with a conceptual and structured approach You combine your strategic and analytical thinking skills with a pronounced affinity for numbers and data Your knowledge of German and English is fluent, other language skills are an advantage Identification with our corporate values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
