For the BPM PLM & Quality department, we are looking for a Business Process Expert – Quality (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In this demanding position, you will combine in-depth expertise in Business Process Management with solid experience in Project Management. You will actively shape the further development of our global quality processes and implement optimization potentials in concrete projects. In doing so, you will work closely with international teams and IT and take responsibility for the successful implementation and sustainable anchoring of improvements. The job is full-time, partly remote and on-site at the campus in Göttingen.

Responsibilities

Development and implementation of ideas to improve global quality processes Planning and management of international projects including time, resource, and cost management Ensuring timely delivery of project results including regular reporting Coordination of 1st-level support for relevant applications (e.g., SAP ERP, IT QMS) Documentation, training, and processing of Business Process Change Requests In-depth analysis of existing processes, identification of weaknesses, and derivation of improvement measures Implementation of process optimizations in the form of projects – including active communication with stakeholders at various locations Close collaboration with departments and IT in a cross-functional, international environment

Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on quality management Proven several years of professional experience in quality-related functions Deep understanding of business processes in process-oriented quality organizations Experience with SAP, ideally in the QM module, as well as knowledge in Computerized Systems Validation Knowledge of GMP or ISO 13485 as well as ISO 9001 Experience with Business Process Reengineering tools and process documentation (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage) Certified project management competence (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) Strong analytical skills and a structured, process-oriented way of thinking Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and workshop experience Openness, empathy, and assertiveness – you move confidently in a diverse team environment Very good English skills, willingness to travel, and enthusiasm for cross-site collaboration complete your profile
