We are looking for a Business Partner Data Analytics (x|f|m) for the Analytics Solutions department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In this role, you will actively contribute your expertise to the design and implementation of analyses and business intelligence (BI) through Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) technologies to sustainably improve business processes and decision-making – helping shape the future with us. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities

You will take ownership of data-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to established project management standards By working closely with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions in SAC and Tableau As a trusted advisor, you will support the analysis, design, and implementation of analytics and BI tools and lead the rollout of analytics solutions across functions and geographies, ensuring successful adoption Contribute to data modeling and integration efforts with SAP Datasphere and ERP systems Develop and deliver enablement materials, training sessions, and workshops to empower business users in SAC and Tableau Support governance by promoting consistent KPI definitions, data stewardship, and best practices across the organization With your strategic input, you will help shape the analytics landscape, promote data-driven decision-making, and establish a global analytics culture at Sartorius

What

will

convince

Your academic background includes a degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field You bring several years of professional experience in project-oriented environments and have successfully led medium to large project teams Your expertise in BI tools, preferable in Tableau/PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud enables you to design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards You possess in-depth knowledge of data analysis processes, methods, and technologies – ideally with hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP), data modeling, or analytics Thanks to your ability to assess and manage risks, you ensure that project goals are achieved on time and aligned with business objectives Fluency in English completes your profile – German language skills are a plus
